Our classes are geared toward developing self-esteem and confidence
while also providing a practical understanding of self-defense and
abduction-prevention techniques. Our philosophy of instruction
considers the whole person, physical, mental, and spiritual. We believe
that the regular practice of karate can improve one's health, reduce
stress, and contribute to mental clarity and whole-life balance.

Children's classes combine a disciplined learning environment with
fun activities to maximize students' understanding and development.
We have seen students improve their school performance, self-control,
attitude, and overall health with regular attendance.

Adult classes include physical fitness, balance, coordination, forms,
sparring, and self-defense. Each student's physical capabilities are
assessed prior to beginning training, and a training regimen is designed
in accordance with each student's ability. Many of our students find
karate to be a great stress-reliever and an important (and enjoyable!) part
of a healthy lifestyle.
