The Bushido Karate Academy is a school dedicated to helping our students develop their highest potential through hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude. Our students are serious about their study of the martial arts and understand that consistent effort, enthusiasm, persistence, and integrity are as essential to their karate practice as its physical aspects. Our school was founded in 1995 by Sensei Stephen Buschman. We teach Isshinryu Karate with an emphasis on tradition, respect, and discipline. It is our belief that ALL individuals, regardless of age, gender, or size, can learn to defend themselves. No prior martial arts experience is necessary, and all students progress at their own pace. |
